Tripod recommendations?

Alright, I need to get a tripod, preferable as cheap as possible. $400+ is a bit too much right now. But that is ok cause quality isn't that important. What I need is a decent tripod to take hiking. Light weight, and small size are the most important factors. Just want something that isn't inconvenient to carry around all day. Height isn't important. Let me know if there is anything you recommend.
